No. The voice is natural and conversational, trained on how cleaning quotes actually get discussed. Most callers assume they're speaking with your office. You choose the voice and the tone during setup.

Will callers know it's AI?

We don't pretend otherwise if someone asks directly — the agent will say it's an assistant. In practice most callers never ask, because the conversation moves at a natural pace and answers their question.

Does it recognize customers who have called before?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it is the difference most owners notice first. The number is looked up against your customer records while the phone is still ringing, so a regular hears their own name and a question about the usual property rather than being interviewed from scratch. The last clean, the price paid, the crew who went and the access notes are all there before the agent speaks. Unknown numbers take the standard new-enquiry path.

What if a caller asks something it can't answer?

It hands off gracefully — either a warm transfer to your line, or a callback booked into your calendar with the conversation summarized so nobody has to repeat themselves. That only happens for the calls that genuinely need you, though: complaints, damage, odd commercial scopes. An ordinary booking it finishes itself.

Is it available nights and weekends?

Always. The agents run 24/7 including holidays, which is exactly when most residential cleaning enquiries come in. Saturday morning is the single busiest window for booking a clean.

Yes, and this is one of the larger practical differences from a person. Five callers at once is five conversations rather than four people on hold — and callers who are put on hold overwhelmingly hang up and try the next company.

How fast can I get set up?

Typically five to seven business days. We load your rate card, service areas and booking rules, run test calls with you, then point your number over once you're happy.

Yes. We integrate directly with Jobber, Housecall Pro, ZenMaid, GoHighLevel, HubSpot and Google Calendar, plus anything reachable through Zapier or n8n. If you don't have a system yet, we'll set one up.

How does it know my policies — inclusions, insurance, cancellations?

From a knowledge base we write with you during setup and then maintain for you. It holds what a good office manager knows without looking anything up: what each type of clean includes, the products you use and whether they're pet-safe, insurance and bonding, how keys and access are handled, cancellation and lateness terms, minimum charges and parking. The agent answers from that rather than improvising. When your pricing or your service areas change, you tell us and we update it — there's nothing to retrain and no downtime.

What reporting do I get, and how often?

A short weekly summary in your inbox — calls answered, jobs booked, revenue booked, anything that needed you. Then once a month, on Growth and above, a written review where we go through your numbers ourselves: what changed, what's going wrong, and the two or three things worth doing about it. That might be quotes above a certain figure converting badly, Saturday demand running past the hours you cover, or a question customers keep asking that the agent answers poorly. Every dashboard in this category will show you numbers; the review is us telling you what they mean.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. You forward the number your customers already know — either always, only when unanswered after a few rings, or only outside office hours. Plenty of owners start after-hours only and widen it later.

Is there anything my cleaners need to learn?

Accepted Answer

Nothing at all. This sits in front of your business rather than inside it. Your crews carry on with whatever they already use — no app, no login, no training day.

What if I don't have my pricing written down?

That's extremely common, and getting it out of your head is part of the setup. Owners frequently tell us this exercise alone was worth doing, because inconsistent quoting was costing them more than the missed calls were.

Do you charge per minute or per call?

No. Per-minute billing is common in this category and it makes your bill impossible to predict — a busy month punishes you for the growth you wanted. Our plans include fair-use volumes and we'll warn you well before you approach them.

Neither. Setup and configuration are included, and billing is month to month with thirty days' notice from either side.

Then we'll say so on the demo call. If you're taking a handful of enquiries a week, the honest advice is to wait until volume grows. We would rather lose the sale than have you cancel in two months.

Calls and transcripts are encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted to your account, and we never sell or share customer data. Retention windows are configurable to your own policy.

Where does all of this data actually live?

Your jobs and customers live in your CRM, exactly as they do now — Jobber, Housecall Pro, ZenMaid, GoHighLevel or whatever you run. Alongside it we keep an Airtable base holding every call, chat, quote, booking and escalation, including the enquiries that never became jobs. That is what your knowledge base sits in and what your reporting is built from, and it's the reason we can tell you about the work you lost rather than only the work you won. You get access to it, and it comes with you if you leave.

Who owns the automations you build?

You do. They're built in your accounts wherever possible and documented in plain English. If you ever leave, they stay with you — we're not interested in holding workflows hostage.

Yes, with recordings and searchable transcripts available to you. Recording disclosure is configured to match the requirements of the states you operate in, and we'll walk you through that during setup.

What happens if the service goes down?

Calls fall back to your existing line or voicemail rather than disappearing — the failure mode is exactly where you are today, not worse. We monitor continuously and you're told about incidents rather than discovering them.
