How it works

Live in about a week, without touching how your crews work

No lengthy implementation, no consultant in a polo shirt, and nothing for anyone on site to learn. Here is precisely what happens between saying yes and your phone being answered on the first ring.

Onboarding

Seven days, four steps, very little of your time

The heaviest lift is the first thirty-minute call. Everything after that is us building and you reviewing.

  1. Day 1

    The discovery call

Thirty minutes. We ask how enquiries reach you today, what you charge, where you travel, and which calls you are most tired of missing. You leave with a straight answer on whether this is worth doing for a business your size — including when it is not.

  2. Days 2–4

    We build your agent

We load your rate card, service areas, availability rules and crew capacity, and write the knowledge base the agent answers from — inclusions, products, insurance, key handling, cancellation terms. We connect your customer records too, so it recognizes a regular by their number. You pick the voice and the greeting. Nothing here needs your time beyond answering a few questions.

  3. Days 5–6

    You try to break it

You call it as an awkward customer. Ask for something odd, push on price, go quiet mid-sentence. We tune the wording and the pricing edges until you would be genuinely happy for a real customer to hear it.

  4. Day 7

You go live on your terms

Forward everything, or only after-hours, or only calls you miss after four rings. Most owners start narrow and widen it within a fortnight once they have listened to a few real calls.

How we work

Four things we will not compromise on

Your rate card, not our guess

The agent quotes from your actual pricing — minimums, travel zones, add-ons, frequency discounts. If your pricing currently lives in your head, getting it written down is part of the work.

Nothing for your crews to learn

This sits in front of your business, not inside it. Cleaners keep using whatever they already use. No app, no training day, no new login for anyone holding a mop.

You hear every call, and you hear from us

Full recordings and transcripts, searchable. A short summary lands weekly, and once a month we go through the numbers ourselves and write up what is going wrong and what to do about it — rather than leaving you to interpret a dashboard alone.

Switch it off whenever

Month to month, no lock-in. Your number is yours, your CRM data is yours, and the automations we build live in your accounts.

Integrations

Fits Right Into How You Already Work

Already running a scheduling system? We plug into it. Starting fresh? We'll set up the right one for you — either way, there's no new software for your crews to learn.
